The UK has a strong GHG science community across marine, atmospheric and ecosystem sectors. These communities have formed a UK-ICOS community forum and have been working together, to develop a common strategy to foster better UK engagement with ICOS-RI and within the UK GHG community.

The UK-ICOS programme management is by appointment. UK-ICOS community forum membership is fluid rather than fixed. Participation is self-selecting rather than by nomination or appointment. People should represent their own, rather than institutional interests. The main remit of the forum is to produce documents, reports and have community sign off to show a vested interest and concerted direction of travel for UK-ICOS activities, both now and into the future. The community forum facilitates the operation of ICOS in the UK. If you wish to be an active member of the UK-ICOS community forum, you can sign up to the mailing list.
